    Hi Stephen, I have purchased Event Organiser Pro and have received a payment confirmation email from PayPal (Receipt No: 1032-0408-0121-5779)

    However payment status on http://wp-event-organiser.com/purchase-confirmation/?payment_key=ab442664e297f9d44c7b63321b438a0a remains stuck at “Pending” and I have not received a license key by email.

    Can you assist please, thanks – David.

    Hi David,

    Apologies about that – the confirmation request sent to PayPal timed out which meant the purchase was not automatically confirmed. I did so manually about 20 minutes later, so you should now be able to access your purchase. If you continue to have problems, please let me know.

    The way checkout is processed shall be changing shortly, which will prevent this (rare) problem from happening again.

    Hi Stephen – I’m having a few issues getting Event Organiser Pro installed and configured.

    It appears we don’t have a license key for support – we didn’t receive the confirmation email containing this key post-purchase – and as a result I can’t post to the support forum.

    Could you reissue a key to the email address webmaster@sruc.ac.uk please, thanks.

    I’m also unable to download Event Organiser Pro from our Profile Page, e.g. trying to download Event Organiser Pro – Business from http://wp-event-organiser.com/purchase-confirmation/?payment_key=ab442664e297f9d44c7b63321b438a0a leads to a WordPress screen which states ” You do not have permission to download this file”
