    Hi,

    I have installed and activated the Event Organizer Pro (Version 1.9.7 ) and I have installed and activated the Event Organiser plugin,

    I am now trying to install the stripe extension (Version 2.1.0) for it but when I activate the stripe extension i get the error message

    Stripe gateway has been deactivated as it requires Event Organiser Pro (version 1.7.0 or higher).

    Why am i getting this message? I already have Event Prganiser Pro installed and activated

    Hi Sophia,

    Sorry to hear you’re experiencing problems activating Stripe.

    It is an odd error message to see – it would only appear if the plug-in (Event Organiser Pro) did not appear in get_plugins(). The value it checks for is in fact event-organiser-pro/event-organiser-pro.php – so if you’ve renamed Pro’s directory or the filename, then that would explain why you’re seeing this message.

    If that doesn’t explain it, then please let me know as we’d need to dig deeper to debug this.

    Hi,

    Nothing was renamed, we simply uploaded the the downloaded file. Event Organiser Pro is working fine.

    I need help as it has been 2 days I am trying to get this to work.
