    Hi Stephen,

    Me again! This is for a different client this time, thankfully, so not any crazy edge-case usage, just a plain good-old bug! (maybe)

    My client has reported to me three instances in the last few weeks of clients clicking ‘book’ and ending up with multiple (usually two, but once instance of four) bookings – and associated charges to their credit cards.

    I can’t see anything unusual in his setup, so I was hoping that you might be able to log into his site and take a look.

    I’ve put a post here so that we can share any solutions with the world-at-large, but I’ll drop you an email now with URLs to the bookings and a user ID.
