    Hi Stephen,

Been running live for a while with a site and client has only just received this from PayPal. Currently running EO 2.3.1 and Pro 1.4 and holding off upgrading any plugins at present due to controlled upgrade in a few months.

    Can you please review/advise?

    Regards

    Jason

Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). Instant Payment Notifications sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

    http://www.xxxxxx.co.uk?eo-listener=ipn&eo-gateway=paypal

If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

    Yours sincerely,

    PayPal

    Hi Jason,

You may wish to upgrade Pro, as I believe the url should contain a trailingslash: http://www.xxxxxx.co.uk/?eo-listener=ipn&eo-gateway=paypal. and this was addressed in the recent update.

Otherwise if you log-in to PayPal and go to History > IPN History you can view the message history. If you to a relevant IPN message what does it say? (Particularly notification url and response). Feel free to send me an e-mail via: http://wp-event-organiser.com/contact for help with further debugging.

I’m curious if this IPN url is still accurate for Events Organiser Pro v 1.10.2

    http://www.xxxxxx.com/?eo-listener=ipn&eo-gateway=paypal

    Thanks.

    Hi John,

Yes it is. If you’re seeing bookings ‘stuck’ at pending, there is announcement to be made shortly, and a update which is in the process of being deployed now.
