I’m using the Front-end Submission extension for this plugin and every time a user goes to edit their event from the front end, it redirects them to the About page of the website rather than the Edit Event page.

I’ve looked in the settings and the user role of Customer is granted access to edit their events. In the settings, however, it tells me the license key I’ve entered for Front-end Submissions is invalid, even though it’s the license key I was provided when purchasing the extension. I’m thinking this invalid license key is causing the issue. How do I resolve this?

    Thanks!

    Hi Carla,

I’ll just contacted you via e-mail about this.

Regarding the license key issue, I’ve reset the key for you (it was registered to staging site) so it should now valid for you
