    Hi Stephen,

Thanks for your plugin its fits my needs perfectly, I do have a problem with duplicate events. After every sync all events are places in the trash can. The events have an unique UID and I cannot find the UID’s in the database.

    Ical:

I have an other question, can I define an default category to the events?

    Thanks in advance,

    Hi Bram,

This is a defect in whatever software is generating that iCal feed. Each time that feed is generated it is giving different UIDs to the events. I’ve just downloaded it twice now and the same event was given different UIDs each time.

For the plug-in to identify existing events the UIDs must match otherwise it will just think the existing event has been removed from the feed and so trashes the event (hence it appears in the trash).

Regarding default categories, you can specify a category for events to be imported into, but this will apply to all events in that feed.
