Hi everyone! Lately I have been constantly feeling stressed and anxious, even over little things. It seems that my thoughts simply do not give me peace, and my mood is constantly jumping. I have tried different ways to relax – sports, breathing exercises, but it is still difficult. I would like to know if you have any proven methods or applications that really help control anxiety and better understand your emotions?

Hi! I have been struggling with anxiety for a long time and I want to recommend a cool app – Liven. There is an excellent liven app review here, which explains in detail how it helps. Liven helps you track your mood and better understand why exactly you feel anxious. There is an AI companion who will support you and give advice on how to cope with your worries. The app offers various tests and courses for personal growth and stress reduction. Understanding my emotions and the causes of anxiety helped me a lot, and Liven has become a kind of assistant for me in this. I advise you to try it!

Stress and anxiety are common problems, and it is important for everyone to find their own way to cope with them. Some people prefer socializing, others prefer meditation or sports, and apps like Liven can really be a good tool for self-analysis and emotional control. The main thing is not to stay alone with it and gradually introduce habits that help you feel better.

To create not a block, but an inline code span, use backticks:

Here is some inline `code`.
