I have a CSV file with my start datetime, end datetime, title, venue slug and category slug and it imports fine except the venue and category are blank.

Here is a sample of my CSV:

    c-division,bsp-ct,[CC Condors C2] vs [Detroit MORC Stars],3/19/2015 9:00,3/19/2015 9:45
    b-division,bsp-pi,[North York Gladiators ] vs [CC Condors B1],3/19/2015 9:00,3/19/2015 9:45

Let me know if you want the whole file.

Is it because they aren’t quoted? Could it be because of the order? (though I properly identify each column in the import screen)

are replies moderated? I thought I had posted a follow-up that confirmed the validity of the venue and category slugs.

    Hi Andrew,

    Replies aren’t moderated, I’m not sure what’s happened, but I can’t see the reply…

Quotations shouldn’t matter since the field values themselves don’t contain any commas. You can verify that the plug has read the CSV file correctly by checking the ‘preview’.

I’ll be in touch via e-mail to get the CSV file off you so I can double check, but just to confirm, these are existing venues/categories? (see the readme for details on importing new venues/categories).
