Cannot add discount codes

    I just purchased the discount codes extension and I have updated to the newest version of Event Organiser and Pro and when I go to add a discount code it submits my code that I’m trying to create but nothing is created.

    I also don’t receive any error.

    Any ideas what could be the issue?

    It appears to be theme related with deeper exploration.

    Is there any way to do a no-conflict admin mode with event organiser similar to what Gravity forms offers?

    Hi Neil,

    Would you be able to send a copy of the e-mail?

    I’ve only recently become aware of Gravity Form’s “non-conflict mode” however it’s probably best to simply fix the theme. If you can send me a copy, I’ll take a look at what the problem is and see if it can be fixed (it sounds like some sort of JavaScript error in the theme).

    I’ll be in touch via e-mail.

    I think we figured out the issue with the theme. Definitely appreciate you willing to look into it though.

    We ended up trying the discount codes on another theme and it worked fine.
