    Hi,
    I changed the date of an event after the event had passed and now it’s not showing the booking form for the new date.
    Do I have to create a totally new event for this?

    Hi Anthony,

    Not necessarily, but if you are selling ‘by date’ then you shall need to either create a new ticket for the new date, or the update the existing one to make it available for the new date.

    If you click the ‘edit’ link that appears when you hover over the ticket (in the edit event page) then you should see a datepicker with the event’s dates available for selection. Ensure the appropriate date(s) are selected (filled in blue).
