There are tons of apps out there, and most of them just scratch the surface. I wanted something that felt like it had actual guidance behind it, not just generic affirmations. After some trial and error, I found the liven, and it honestly surprised me. It’s designed to help with things like procrastination, burnout, and emotional regulation in a very approachable way. What stood out was how it combines science-backed strategies with simple, actionable steps. It doesn’t feel like therapy, but it definitely feels therapeutic in how it supports your growth. The way it builds small wins into your day really made a difference for me. If you want something supportive but practical, it might be exactly what you’re looking for.

That sounds like exactly the kind of app I’ve been looking for—appreciate the heads-up! I’ve tried a few in the past, but most didn’t stick. I’ll give this one a go and see if it fits better with what I need right now.

Yeah, most apps just throw quotes at you. I wish more focused on actual structure and steps.

To create not a block, but an inline code span, use backticks:

Here is some inline `code`.
