    I’ve noticed that booking searches in my set-up only work in the following scenarios:

    1: a user has an account
    2: I search by booking ID

    Searching for a non-registered bookee doesn’t work.

    Any ideas how to troubleshoot this? Thanks

    Hi David,

    Yes, this is a limitation with the booking search: if you want to search for bookings by a user then that user must have an account linked to the booking.

    Searching by booking ID should be possible regardless of whether the user has an account or not.
