    Hello!
    Your plugin looks great, just a quick question.
    If I create an recurring event and add tickets to it, are the tickets recurring as well?
    We’re looking at using the plugin, but there will be a LOT of time slots for booking, e.g. every 15 minutes for 8 hours a day. It would be a lot of work if we had to recreate the tickets for every event!

    Hi Andrew,

    There are two booking ‘modes’ which you set in the plug-in options. One is ‘book by series’, the other ‘book by date’. If you have a recurring event book by series means a user places a booking for the entire event series. A typical example here is booking places on a course – the user is registered for the entire event, and not a specific occurrence of that event.

    Book by date on the other hand is exactly that: the user specifies a specific date they wish to attend and are only registered for that date. The example here is where you’d be selling tickets for a theatre show, and although you’ll have several dates available, users will only want to book for one date.

    Unfortunately Event Organiser does not support recurrences on the same day. That is, you can’t set an event to recur every 15 minutes.
