    Hi Stephen

I think there may be an issue with my account. I seem to have a valid and active Pro subscription, but when I log in to my account, I can’t download any extension plugins (“You do not have permission to download this file”), and I only seem to be able to post to the “Presales” Forum.

    Can you help?

    Thanks!

    Hi Marcus,

It appears a bug with the license renewal meant that the license expired.

I’m going to re-issue you the license keys and send the new ones over to you.

Your information:

To create code blocks or other preformatted text, indent by four spaces:

This will be displayed in a monospaced font. The first four
spaces will be stripped off, but all other whitespace
    will be preserved.

Markdown is turned off in code blocks:

To create not a block, but an inline code span, use backticks:

Here is some inline `code`.
