So, my cousin just told me she let an AI plan her honeymoon to Thailand and I honestly didn’t know that was even a thing. She said it took care of everything from flights to local spots that weren’t packed with tourists. My partner and I are thinking about doing something similar for our trip next spring, but we’ve always planned everything ourselves. Kinda nervous about giving up that control, though. Did it actually get the vibe right for you?

I’ve noticed more people using tech for stuff like this lately. A couple I met on a flight said their entire vacation was AI-curated, and they looked so relaxed — no frantic Googling or last-minute changes. I used to think travel planning was half the fun, but maybe not when you’re juggling work and wedding stuff. Curious to see how much this becomes the norm in a few years.

Totally get the hesitation — I’m usually the planner in our relationship too. But we tried an ai trip planner for our Italy trip earlier this year and were genuinely surprised. It picked small wine towns we’d never even heard of and booked this cozy stay overlooking a vineyard. We still added our own tweaks, but 80% of the work was done, and honestly, it nailed our style better than I expected. Zero stress, which was a win.
