    Hi,

I’m really impressed so far by the events plugin. I found it through page source on another site.

I’m all ready to buy, but I just wanted to know if the plugin is responsive and does it include Schema.org event markup for rich snippets.

    Thanks
    Neil

    Hi Neil,

Thanks! Yes the plug-in does include schema by default. However the templates can be copied into the theme and modified as desired (see this page).

With regards to responsiveness – the event fullCalendar does resize according to the viewport, but really the responsiveness depends on the theme. It may be necessary to alter the templates (as above) if the default templates don’t quite work with your theme. But if this is required, its usually nothing more than ensuring the templates match up with your theme. The event and venue map shortcodes can be given percentage values for their height and width.

I’m also working on additional calendars which are either specifically designed for mobile-users or otherwise alter their layout according to viewport size.

If the free version works well with your theme, then as a general rule the Pro add-on will too. So I’d recommend checking out the free version first.
