    Hi Stephen!

First of all, your plugin looks awesome and I’m about to purchase the Pro version for my site. I have a couple of questions:

    1) I have many events from many different ‘producers’ (the people in charge of each event) running at the same time. Is there an option to automatically email a copy of each booking to each event so they know they had a booking?

    2) Can they login and manage their bookings individually?

Sorry if I’m not clear or if it was posted before, I did a search and didn’t find this topic. Thanks for your time.

    Hi Pablo,

Great, I’m glad you like the plug-in :).

    1. I’m about to release 1.5 of Pro tomorrow/next few days, and you can do this with that version( see “Change booking notification email” section of this post). There’s no user interface for it, but there is a filter that allows you to add any number of people to be notified when a booking is made for an event (either when the booking is made, or payment is confirmed, or both depending on the plug-in settings). I shall probably throw together a free extension to add a UI for this – but you can always use the event’s custom fields too.

    2. Again, Pro 1.5 will have this :). Admins can manage bookings, but in 1.5 you can also allow the event organiser (i.e. equivalent to the post ‘author’) to manage bookings. While they will be able to see all bookings in the admin list, they can only edit bookings for their events. In later versions details of bookings the user cannot edit will be suppressed.

To create code blocks or other preformatted text, indent by four spaces:

This will be displayed in a monospaced font. The first four
spaces will be stripped off, but all other whitespace

To create not a block, but an inline code span, use backticks:

Here is some inline `code`.
